In fast-paced delivery environments, it’s all too common for teams to leave client meetings thinking they're aligned, only to realize later that everyone took away something different. One day you’re on a call nodding in agreement, and the next, the designs aren’t quite what the client expected. Sales, design, and development teams each walk away with their own interpretation.
We’ve experienced this firsthand. That’s what led us to create MeetPro AI, a smart meeting assistant that helps everyone stay on the same page, with shared clarity and real-time understanding.

Every conversation is transcribed live. If a team member encounters a term they’re unfamiliar with like “vector embedding” or “serverless architecture” the system instantly provides a simple, easy-to-understand explanation on the spot.

As the conversation unfolds, MeetPro intelligently creates a draft feature list and Statement of Work (SOW). These aren’t just static templates, they’re dynamically generated from the actual context of the discussion, capturing what truly matters.

My Role
The idea for our AI-powered real-time translation tool stemmed from a recurring challenge I observed during cross-functional meetings, key design or technical terms often got lost in translation, especially when domain experts weren’t present on calls. This frequently led to delays and misalignment within teams.
When the AI Innovation Challenge was announced, I pitched this problem statement and the concept of using AI to solve it. My team resonated with the idea, and we decided to pursue it despite our ongoing full-time project commitments.
As one of the three designers on the team, I played a key role in driving the initiative from identifying the problem to shaping the solution. Together, we conducted user research, facilitated ideation sessions, and collaboratively designed the end-to-end experience. We completed the entire case study, including UI designs and prototype, within just 7 days.
